Service & Warranty
Servicing & Repairs
Keeping you mobile
Simplyhealth service and repair engineers are here to help you stay mobile. To keep your mobility product in tip-top condition we recommend you have it serviced once a year.
We're happy to look after your chair or scooter, even if you didn't buy it from us. And we can even come to your home to carry out the work. That way you don't have to be without it for too long or struggle to fit your own parts and spares.
Our stores in Andover, Droitwich, Norwich and Burnham also have their own workshops. So you can always pop in and ask for a wheelchair or scooter service or repair while you're out and about if that's easier.
Lost your keys?
Don't worry, we can replace lost keys for a small charge. Call us free on 0800 138 3305 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and we'll sort out a new set for you.
Warranty for your electric scooter or chair
All Simplyhealth electric scooters and chairs come with at least 12 month's warranty for peace of mind. Some scooters may even have 3 year's warranty. Please check your owner's handbook for the warranty on your mobility product.
What is a warranty?
Your warranty is provided by the manufacturer and starts on the day your mobility product is delivered. It covers any faults due to defects in manufacture or materials*. All electronic parts, including controllers, are covered by warranty as long as you have not opened or dismantled these items yourself, s it's always best to report a fault rather than trying to fix it.
Manufacturing defects are also covered by warranty but, of course, you need to take proper care of your scooter or wheelchair, if you don't want to risk losing this guarantee. For example, a battery that has deteriorated because it has been left uncharged, is worn out through heavy use or has been left in cold conditions for a long time will not be covered under warranty.
